Paket-Retouren

Um deine Sendung zu retournieren sind folgende Schritte notwendig:

  • Schritt 1:
    Bitte fülle den Retouren-Schein unter Angabe der zurückgehenden Artikel und des Rücksendegrundes aus und lege diesen dem Paket bei.
  • Schritt 2:
    Bitte verschließe das Paket sachgemäß und versehe dieses mit dem beiliegenden Rücksende-Aufkleber. Solltest du keinen Rücksende-Aufkleber erhalten haben, kannst du problemlos einen Aufkleber erstellen. Wähle hierfür im nachfolgenden Feld bitte das Land aus, aus welchem du dein Paket zurücksenden möchten. Durch einen Klick auf "Weiter" wirst du automatisch auf die Retouren-Seite von DHL geleitet. Dort erhältst du nach Eingabe und Bestätigung deiner Absender-Adresse eine PDF-Datei zum Herunterladen und Ausdrucken.
  • Schritt 3:
    Das versandfertige Paket kann nun im nächstgelegenen Postamt abgegeben werden. Bitte beachte dabei, den Einlieferungsbeleg nach Versand des Pakets aufzubewahren.

Parcel returns

In order to return your parcel, please comply with the following instructions:

  • Step 1:
    Please fill out the return form under specification of the sent back articles and the reasons of return. Then put it inside the parcel.
  • Step 2:
    Now seal the package and provide it with the enclosed return label. If the return label is missing, you can easily generate a new one by choosing your country of dispatch in the field below. By clicking on the word "Continue" you are automatically transferred to the return-page by DHL. After the submission and confirmation of your sender address a PDF file with a new return label and a delivery slip is created which needs to be downloaded and printed.
  • Step 3:
    The parcel is now ready to dispatch and can be turned in at the nearest situated mail administration centre. Please do not forget to keep the delivery slip after the handover of the parcel.
